Adritec offers a wide range of fittings and accessories to meet the requirements of all types of use, industrial, irrigation, water supply and others. Depending on size and type of pipes, wide range of sizes is provided with different pressure ratings. Starting from micro fittings, barbed, threaded, compression, u-PVC, and others are manufactures as per international standards.
1 Micro Fittings

Micro fittings which include connectors, 2 way and 4 way distributors, different types of stakes are mostly used to connect micro tubes and on-line drippers to the feeding LDPE pipes in landscape and gardens, nurseries, greenhouses and hydroponic projects. These fittings come in different sizes and configurations.

2 Barbed Fittings
|
Barbed type fittings are specifically produced in accordance with international standards to fit the thick wall pipe products produced by Adritec. They are manufactured in 16 mm, 20 mm and 25mm OD and are suitable for connecting the Adriline, Miniline, Adripc and Adripipe driplines. They are produced from high quality polypropylene injection materials.

3 Tape Fittings
|
Barbed lock type tape fittings are specifically produced in accordance with international standards to fit the Tape products produced by Adritec. They are manufactured in 17 mm and 22mm OD and are suitable for connecting the Adritape, Adrilite and Green Tape products. They are produced from quality polypropylene injection materials.

4 Threaded Fittings
|
Threaded plastic Fittings are produced with both male and female type thread for use in hydraulic networks with a wide range of sizes starting from 1/2” up to 4”and with pressure rating 6 and 10 bars. Made of polypropylene copolymer material.

5 Compression Fittings
|
A wide range of compression fittings used for high pressure conveyance of water, irrigation, compressed air, chemical solutions and potable water supply systems. Excellent resistance to chemicals and suitable for exposure to sunlight. Available range in metric series from Ø16 up to 110mm, pressure range up to 16 bar at 20° C for size Ø 16 up to Ø 63mm, and 10 bar at 20° C for size Ø75 up to Ø110mm. Compression fittings are made of polypropylene copolymer with polyacetal split ring. Reinforcing ring is made of Aluminum or stainless steel material.

6 Lay Flat Fittings
|
Lay Flat fittings are produced from polypropylene copolymer with polyacetal split ring. Their wide range makes it easy to meet all needs where the Lay Flat pipes are used. Different sizes are available in both compression fittings and barbed fittings which are manufactured according to international standards.

7 Electro Fusion Fittings
|
Electro fusion Fittings are used to weld HDPE pipes together by means of electrical heating coil in all types of irrigation, construction, and potable water installations. Using Electro fusion fittings has many advantages due to its low weight. It also does not cause any decrease in the inner diameter of the pipe. Its main feature is high joining strength and no reduction in the strength at joined parts, high productivity rate with low cost. No need for use of skilled labor since it is a fully automated operation. Electro fusion fittings are produced in black color with UV stabilizers using polyethylene materials according to UNI EN 12201/EN ISO 15494 and UNI EN 1555/UNI ISO 4437 international standards.

8 PVC-U Fittings
|
PVC Pressure fittings are used in irrigation networks, swimming pools, and industrial application. Made of u-PVC based on polyvinyl chloride injection materials in accordance to DIN standards. Adritec offers a wide range of both solvent cement joined fittings and BSP threaded fittings from Ø20 up to Ø 160mm at 16 bar pressure, Ø200 up to Ø 315mm at 10 bar pressure and all threaded fittings range is 16 bar pressure.

9 Clamp Saddles
|
Plastic Saddles are used for secondary line derivation from main lines of PE, PVC or PP for irrigation, high-pressure conveyance of water & chemical solutions. They are suitable for use in potable & irrigation water supply systems and are treated to withstand exposure to sunlight (UV) with excellent resistance to chemicals. Adritec provides a wide range of saddles starting from 20 mm up to 200 mm with threaded parts starting from ½” up to 4” with different pressure ratings 6, 10, and 16 bar at 20° C. Clamp Saddles are made of polypropylene copolymer with polyacetal split rings. Reinforcing ring is made of Aluminum or stainless steel material.
