Adritec offers a wide range of sprinkler systems manufactured by its affiliate companies or major exclusive international
suppliers with which Adritec holds long term relationship. The wide range of products and irrigation systems are applied for a diverse range of agricultural crops namely plantations, greenhouses, nurseries, potatoes and sugarcane.

1 Micro Sprinklers

Micro sprinklers are ideal for such applications as horticulture, orchards, green houses, nurseries and landscape projects. They are made of high quality durable plastic. It gives uniform water distribution of irrigation water with different droplet sizes, flow rates, diameters and patterns. Micro sprinklers are supplied with a complete kit consisting of a spike, a PVC micro pipe, a wide range of nozzles and adaptors. The wide range of micro sprinklers gives flexibility to provide the correct solution for all types of applications. Nozzles are color coded for ease of identification of the different flow rates. Available as rotating, stable, stable-angled and mist patterns.

2 Brass Impact Sprinklers

Adritec manufactures a wide range of brass impact sprinklers with standard nozzle sizes and discharge rates and wetting areas. The main nozzle sizes offered are the ½”, ¾” and 1” BSP /NPT male or female threaded. Sprinklers are made of a bronze body and arm. The range available covers most application requirements. The springs are made of stainless steel.

3 Aluminum Sprinkler System Pipes

Aluminium sprinkler pipe systems are made from a light weight aluminium alloy which is welded to couplers made of a cast alloy. It is applicable for different types of farms and crops and is widely used in rugged hilly terrain where high pressure and light weight pipes are essential. Pipes are produced from aluminium alloy 63400WP while couplers are from aluminium LM6. Pipes are available in different sizes 2”, 3”, 4”, 5”, and 6” (50, 75, 100, 125, 150 mm) and a standard length 5.8 & 6.0 meters. Manufactured in accordance to American or European standards. Maximum working pressure for all pipes and couplers in all diameters is 9 bar. Welding for both pipe and couplers is done by auto MIC which minimizes heating so aluminium retains its strength. It uses a single hook bauer type coupler. A wide range of fittings is available to cover all system requirements.

4 Hdpe Fusion Welded Pipes

The couplers in this system are fitted to HDPE pipes of different pressure classes and thicknesses through a fusion welding process that ensures a very strong bond between coupler and the pipe. It is a fast and simple way to connect the pipes with different types of fittings to complete a sprinkler irrigation set. Available in different sizes up to 160mm and a working pressure of 6 bars. These pipes are available in lenghts of 5m and 6m per pipe.

5 Plastic Impact Sprinklers

Adritec manufactures a wide range of the plastic impact sprinklers with standard nozzle sizes and discharge rates and wetting areas. The main nozzle sizes offered are the ½”, ¾” and 1” BSP /NPT male threaded. Sprinklers are made of a plastic body and arm. The range available covers most application requirements. The springs are made of stainless steel.

6 Rain Guns

These sprinklers are of meduim discharge and are available in two full circle and part circle patterns. It is equipped with different interchangeable nozzles and an adjustable jet-breaker providing a uniform distribution of water all over the irrigated area. The great simplicity and large versatility are amongst its main features. It can be applied to all kinds of cultivations.
